For government & public institutions

A national institution, designed around the DRC's own priorities.

NKOD.IA Institute of Technology is being built to train the engineers that the national digital plan and the National AI Strategy will need, and to work with public institutions on real problems.

Plan National du Numérique

The MSAI trains engineers for the plan's digital-transformation pillars, and its courses are designed in explicit alignment with them.

2026–2030

National AI Strategy

Graduates are prepared to design, deploy and govern AI systems in strategic sectors: energy, mining, health and public administration.

ORDINANCE-LAW 23/010

Code du Numérique

Data protection and governance under the Code are taught in the first semester and applied in every project.

Working together

How public institutions can work with NKOD.IA.

01

Sponsor a capstone problem

Every MSAI thesis is sponsored by an organization with a real problem to solve. A ministry, agency or province can bring one, and a student works on it with academic supervision.

02

Train public servants

Professional training for government is part of our near-term plan, with short courses on overseeing and procuring AI systems responsibly.

03

Deploy responsibly

Our applied work, such as Maman Joia, is designed so that any deployment is placed under the authority of the responsible public officials.

04

Recruit graduates

The MSAI produces engineers trained in the DRC's own legal and policy framework, ready for public-sector digital projects.
